Charge flown through battery

According to me the answer should be 60 C as charge =(capacitor)(voltage)
But the answer is given as 20 C , how ?

Please can you explain in more detail how you get 60C? Perhaps you are assuming that the capacitors have no charge initially, but this assumption is incorrect. You need to calculate the charge distribution when the switch S is open and when it is closed, then you can see how much charge has flowed.
Yeah, my mistake is I have assumed the capacitor are initially uncharged
